Privacy Policy

This policy explains what GenRD, run by Organics, collects when you use it and what we do with it. Contact us at [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.

What we collect

Your Google account. Signing in with Google gives us your Google account identifier, name, email address, whether the email is verified, and your profile picture when there is one. Sign-in records include Google tokens, their expiry times and the scopes granted. We do not request access to your Gmail, contacts or Google Drive.

What you give us at activation. Your phone number, your language preference, and the time you accept the terms. We also keep your account role.

Your Briefs and what GenRD makes from them. Your answers to the quiz and your chat messages, any reference images you upload, and the results generated for you: Formulas, Package designs, Concept Images, Blueprints and Prices, with the settings and status of each generation.

Usage, payment and security records. Credit-usage records for your account, records of any payment you make (amount, status and any transfer slip you upload; card details are handled by the payment processor and not stored by GenRD), and sign-in records with timestamps, IP addresses and browser or device information.

How we use it

To sign you in, activate and manage your account, generate and show your results, contact you about your account, a request or an order, handle payments, give support, and operate and protect the service. Session cookies keep you signed in; a preference cookie remembers your language.

Who else handles it

Google handles sign-in. DigitalOcean hosts the application, its database and file storage. To generate results, your Brief, prompts and any reference images needed for the request are sent through OpenRouter to the AI model provider that runs it; providers' retention practices differ by model. Do not put confidential information or other people's personal data in a Brief unless you are authorized to.

Authorized Organics staff can see account details, sign-in history, usage and your generated results in order to run the service and follow up on your requests. We may disclose information when the law requires it or to address abuse. We do not sell your data, use your Google account data for advertising, or send your Google sign-in tokens to AI model providers.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account and saved work need it, and afterwards only as long as security records, disputes or legal obligations require. Our service providers may process information outside Thailand.

Your choices

You can edit your profile in Settings and delete saved results with the controls in the app. To ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion of your account and its data, email [email protected] from your account's email address; we may need to confirm it is you, and we will tell you if any record has to be kept.

You can revoke GenRD's Google access in your Google account connections. That does not delete what GenRD already stores; email us to ask for deletion.

Changes

We will update this page and its effective date when the policy changes, and tell you through the app or by email when a change is material.
