Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of GenRD, a service of Organics. You agree to them when you accept them during activation. Contact [email protected] with questions about the service or your account.

Your account

Use accurate account information and a phone number you are entitled to give. Keep your Google account secure and tell us if you suspect someone else is using your GenRD account. If you use GenRD for a company, you need its permission to share its information and act for it.

Using GenRD

Use the service lawfully. Do not submit material you have no right to use, infringe anyone's privacy, trademarks or other rights, impersonate another brand or person, get around Credit or safety limits, or interfere with the service.

Your Briefs and your results

You keep whatever rights you have in what you submit. You allow us and the providers that process your requests to store and process it as needed to run the service.

Results are generated with AI and are proposals, not finished products. A Concept Image is an illustration of a possible product, not a photograph of one. A Formula is a starting draft: it is not a safety or regulatory assessment, and a cosmetic must be checked and registered as the law requires before it is sold. Brand names and label text in your results may resemble existing ones; check before you use them. We do not guarantee that results are original, exclusive, accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

Usage and availability

Generations use Credits at the cost shown in the app before you generate. Credits are usage units, not money, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Features, models and allowances may change while GenRD is being built. Deleting a result does not restore the Credits used to make it; contact us about failed generations or incorrect charges.

We may limit or suspend access to deal with abuse, security issues, maintenance or a breach of these terms. GenRD depends on outside providers and may be slow, wrong or unavailable at times; keep your own copy of anything you need.

Privacy and leaving

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how long we keep it and how to ask for deletion. You can stop using GenRD at any time and ask us to delete your account.

Responsibility and changes

GenRD is provided as it is available, without a promise of uninterrupted service or error-free results. Nothing here removes rights or responsibilities that the law does not allow to be removed. We will publish changes on this page and tell you through the app or by email when a change is material.
